Do you accept insurance?

We're primarily a cash-based clinic, but we provide superbills you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. We accept HSA/FSA cards, some Western Health Advantage (Landmark) plans, and select Medicare plans.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, movement-friendly clothing. For shockwave or laser sessions we may need direct access to the treatment area — gowns are available.

Question 4

Is shockwave therapy painful?

It's tolerable. Patients describe a deep, percussive sensation. Intensity is dialed to your comfort and the response we're trying to elicit in the tissue.

How many sessions will I need?

Most soft-tissue protocols run six to ten sessions, spaced weekly. Acute adjustments resolve faster; chronic conditions take longer.

Can I combine modalities in one visit?

Yes — most patients receive an adjustment plus one advanced modality per visit. Protocols are designed to stack.

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. The first 15 minutes with Dr. Sattler is free. If you choose to move forward, the exam and first treatment happen that same visit and are charged — we explain the cost before you decide.
