The inclusion of chiropractic methods in clinical decision marks another example of the global growth and acceptance of healing benefits of chiropractic treatment.
Low back pain is one of the most prevalent conditions contended with in clinical practice, and the pathologies thought to be its cause are the main signals for spine surgery. But “true evidence” about indications actually remains elusive and, therefore, the very different techniques used need to be discussed and (re)evaluated.
